Our Billing Department handles all refunds and cancellations. Please include the traveler’s full name, email address, order number, and date of purchase when contacting us. Refunds and cancellations are processed promptly upon receipt. To ensure privacy and avoid delays, please contact us directly by email—do not post refund or cancellation requests on public review platforms such as Trustpilot, as doing so may expose personal data and slow down processing. Contacting your bank or card provider will not accelerate a refund; in most cases, it can actually delay both your refund and the deletion of your personal information.
